Veronica Gordon – CEO
Veronica Gordon is an accomplished healthcare executive, human resources leader, and community advocate with extensive experience spanning healthcare administration, public service, and workforce development. As Chief Executive Officer of Ankle & Foot Associates, she oversees practice operations, strategic growth, and patient experience initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and exceptional service.
Prior to her role in healthcare leadership, Veronica served as a Human Resources Business Partner for Hillsborough County Government, where she advised leadership on employee relations, workplace investigations, labor relations, disciplinary matters, and organizational development within one of the region’s largest public-sector workforces. She also held leadership positions with Lutheran Services Florida, one of the state’s largest nonprofit organizations, supporting programs that provide critical services in education, foster care, behavioral health, and refugee resettlement.
Veronica’s commitment to public service extends beyond her professional career. She was appointed by the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners to serve on the Human Relations Board, where she helped promote equal opportunity and address discrimination concerns within the community.
In addition to her executive leadership, Veronica is a recognized workplace educator and thought leader.
